Status quo: pre-demonstrator

From laboratory proof of concept towards an industrial system.

IN DEVELOPMENT · 2026

With the CDG Transfer.S2S project, the laboratory proof of concept is being turned into a pre-demonstrator: faster, multi-axis and closer to the conditions inside real equipment.

Current status

  • 1.913 nm RMS position stability after linear trend removal, measured over 2 minutes (first tests, one axis)
  • 128 kHz sampling in this run – measurements at up to 520 kHz technically demonstrated
  • Automated alignment procedure – working
  • Multi-axis control, predictive grid, in-situ position referencing (x, y, θz) – in development for the demonstrator

What comes next

Closing the loop at full speed, combining measurement and prediction, and preparing the step to industrial pilots from 2027. How a pilot works →
