First pre-demonstrator results: 1.9 nm RMS on one axis

First tests on the pre-demonstrator are running – and the first results are already promising.
- 1.913 nm RMS position stability on one axis, after removing a linear trend
- 2 minutes of continuous measurement, sampled at 128 kHz
- Measurement rates of up to 520 kHz are already technically demonstrated
These are preliminary data from a single axis. A systematic validation campaign will follow shortly – we will report the results here.
